Who is Zainab?

Zainab is a seven-year old girl. She was missing on 4^th January, 2018. She was seen lastly outside a tuition centre which is a few minutes away from her uncle’s house in Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan.

What Happen?

According to post-mortem report, she was raped multiple times before death. Her father who had recently returned back from Saudi Arabia, made appeal to Chief Justice of Pakistan and Chief of Army Staff. COAS directed “to immediate all – out support to civil administration to arrest the criminals and bring them to exemplary justice” while Chief Justice ordered the head of Punjab Police to submit report of that tragic incident within 24 hours.

            Outside the little girl home, peoples who knew her parents and also, those who do not knew her parents, all gathered to stage a protest against the government’s negligence. They demanded the culprits be immediately located and locked up. Some wanted a public hanging while others simply wanted justice.

Moreover, on 4^th jan, the day she was kidnapped, she wrote her last words in her Urdu workbook:

I am a girl

My name is Zainab.

My father’s name is Ameen.

I am seven-years old.

I live in Kasur.

I love mangoes.

Why Happen?

There are numbers of factors behind the rape of innocence little girl, which may be as follows:

-                     It may the cause of use of sexual websites for culprit

-                     Use of internet porn sites

-                     Psychological Problem of Culprit

-                     Want to take revenge from Zainab parent

While other factors may be of the kinds of:

-                     Social problem

-                     Lack of awareness

-                     Lack of Islamic knowledge in public peoples/ Society

Shows:

-                     Poor decline of society toward criminal activities and abuse regarding sexual perspective

-                     Lack of implementation of Islamic society in Pakistan

Question Rises:

1.                  Pakistan is come into the map of the world on the ideology of Islam. Then why such incident of Zainab Rape and murder is raised in Pakistan. What is the solution to prevent such kind of incidents and What is the deficiency in such Culprit people who done that kinds of activities?

2.                  DPO Kasur demanded 10,000 Rupees from Zainab Parents for finding dead body of Zainab. Where is deficiency? In DPO education or Ethics?

3.                  What is the solution to overcome such kinds of Criminal Activities?

4.                  Those people who unable to arises their voice, Can those people able to get justice?

5.                  What may be the possible best and easy system of justice in Pakistan?

6.                  What is the ideal system of Justice?

7.                  Where is the justice system of Islam?

8.                  Where is the educationalist?

9.                  Where is the management of Pakistan?

10.              Who is responsible for such act in society?

Justice: Justice is the main pillar of the society without Justice, it is not possible to exit society. Without Justice, one play role of influence to all others. Without Justice, Poor remain speechless. Without Justice, Clashes arises more and more. Without Justice, Economy goes to decline. Without Justice, Purpose of Education is nothing. Without Justice, Poverty increases. Without Justice, religion is nothing. Without Justice, Ideology is Nothing. Without Justice, Humanity is nothing.

            Hence, Justice is the need of the hour. If criminal activities happens 24 hours, then why Govt Open Court only at day hours. This is also injustice. Govt. Should improve the system of justice so that people become able to get justice as soon as possible.
